Fantastic experience with Alternative Power. Bought the generac from Lowes, but these guys do all the real work which is very extensive and requires coordination of multiple work phases with trade inspections. All went very smoothly and with professional installers. Highly recommend them if you are looking in western NC. Can even buy unit form them directly.

Alternate power solutions was wonderful to work with. Any questions that we had they were always answering professionally and quickly.

We can not say enough words for this company as far as the top of the line service and the situation we had to go through this past week. Avery was a top of the line service installer as long as his helper did not get this name, Very courteous and explained the whole process from start to finish. Pam from the start of the installation was courteous from explaining the power outage process and also Ashley for getting in contact for the planned outage. The day of the installation we had a situation with the power provider,Duke Energy, and understandable that some communication was lost in transition thorough out the day as we were with out power. Alternative Power,especially Teresa, went above and beyond by even giving us their personal cell number to stay in contact with them until power was restored. If we could give a 100 plus for stars, it would not be enough and will continue to refer this company for any if not all installations! We recently bought a whole house generator from alternative power. They did a great job. Very professional. They handled everything. It was a total turn key. We needed a generator because my wife has health issues. Can’t say enough good things about them. Generac is a top of the line product. Now my sister is getting one for her house. This company is AMAZING!!! A blessing to had found this company! Great scheduling for installation & even after having a small issue after installation they came out and fixed it with no hassles or problems and no delays in coming back out! Even after Kohler had a mess with their rebates from purchasing, Teresa Chester, Mr. James Turner and Amy Sudduth at Alternative Power Sales & Rental made sure I was satisfied as a customer and even offered to send me the rebate from their company to satisfy the rebate for purchase. Even after Kohler did not send the correct amount, they gave alternative solutions to fix the issue. This is a company who still values phenomenal customer service and still cares about their customers unlike many companies these days. Many companies are only in business for sales and monetary gain, but this company put their customer first! I do not generally write reviews, but I had to do one for this company!
